Total Compensation

Work-Life Balance
- We offer seven paid company holidays, a paid day off as a birthday gift, two weeks vacation for new hires (an additional week is added on your third year with GridApp), five sick days per year, and two personal days.
- For our employees' convenience, we maintain a kitchen fully stocked with hot and cold beverages and provide a weekly Friday team lunch.
- When we achieve milestones such as a product release (and occasionally for no particular reason at all), GridApp enjoys sponsoring company events to celebrate together. - GridApp's health package includes medical, dental, vision coverage, and a prescription drug program.
- Referrals are not required to see a specialist.
- We subsidize the cost of the premiums to keep our employee's expenses as low as possible; this includes in and out of network services.

- 401K (traditional and Roth IRA) – once you’ve become an eligible candidate you can contribute to GridApp’s savings program. Plan participants may make changes daily to their investment options, and in most cases, qualified rollovers are accepted before an employee reaches eligibility.
- Employee Referral Program – by referring a qualified technology candidate you can earn between $2,500 to $5,000 in a cash reward.
